[exp] [/exp]On Saturday, March 29, 2014, the Atlanta Taste of The Trucks Festival returns to Midtown.
As the name implies, during Taste of the Trucks, you can sample eats from dozens of GA’s food trucks, shop the wares of arts & crafts vendors, & listen to live music.
Here’s the entertainment lineup (subject to change):
- 11:15 a.m.: Pure Soul
- 12:15 p.m.: Daddy’s Belt
- 2:00 p.m.: The Mar Tans
- 3:30 p.m.: Second Hand Swagger
- 5:00 p.m.: Josh Bias & the 6:30 Band
- 6:30 p.m.: Gritz and Jelly Butter
New for 2014: Taste sampling will take place from noon-3:00 p.m.; after 3:00 p.m., taste tickets are good for $1 off at food trucks or drink stations. Plus, Taste of the Trucks will take place on a paved surface (goodbye, gravel!), they’ll have multiple entrances, & there won’t be a GT game taking place on the same day & inflating the price of parking
Admission is regularly $20, but if you take advantage of a deal, you can save on a day of food & music:
- While they last, $20 buys admission for two with six total tasting tickets for the Atlanta Taste of the Trucks Festival, thanks to an offer on Travelzoo.
- If the deal sells out on Travelzoo, you can find the same offer on Living Social while it lasts.
The Atlanta Taste of the Trucks Festival will take place at the corner of 8th & Spring Street in Atlanta.
