On June 21 & 22, 2014, head to Sweet Auburn for the Living Beyond Expectations Festival.
From 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. on Saturday & 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, two blocks of Auburn Ave. (from Fort St. NE to Jackson St. NE) will temporarily transform into model Lifelong Community “better blocks”–places where people young and old can live, work and play throughout their lifetime. You can browse the wares at pop-up shops, listen to live music, check out the works of local artists, indulge at cafés, experience what it’s like to get around the area in protected bike lanes, & more.
