It’s fall festival time! The Old Fourth Ward Fall Fest takes place this Saturday, September 21st at the green space next to the Old Fourth Ward Skate Park — followed by Sunday Funday in the Park
Admission and entertainment is FREE — just bring your wallet for the food trucks.
This is an annual, one-day festival designed to lead up to and coincide with the Atlanta BeltLine Lantern Parade, taking place later Saturday evening. Festival hours are 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The festival’s location along the Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail makes it a great place to view the Lantern Parade. Bring a blanket or folding chair and watch the Lantern Parade’s glowing procession of light and sound!
The Old Fourth Ward Fall Fest features:

- a do-it-yourself lantern-making station

Exact location & getting there
The Festival is located in the green space beside the Fourth Ward Skate Park, which adjoins the Atlanta BeltLine between Ponce De Leon Avenue and Inman Park.
The physical address is 830 Willoughby Way, Atlanta GA — but there is no parking on this road!
You are encouraged to access the festival via the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail — which connects Midtown, Poncey-Highland, the Fourth Ward, and Inman Park neighborhoods within a 5 to 20-minute walk to the festival.
You may be able to park at Ponce City Market, which is an easy walk along the BeltLine to the festival location.
Biking there: Check your ride and rest assured that it’s in good hands! The Atlanta Bicycle Coalition will provide a FREE valet service for your bicycle, skateboard, roller blades, or whatever.
MARTA: The two closest MARTA stations to the Old Fourth Ward Park are Inman Park Station on the blue/green line and North Avenue Station on the red/gold line. Getting off at either station means about a 30-minute walk to the park. Bus options get you closer. The first Atlanta Rosé Festival, is also happening on Saturday, September 21st, in connection with Old Fourth Ward Fall Fest. This is a ticketed event that goes from noon to 4 p.m. Tickets are $54 online, through BigTickets.
The fountain forms a backdrop for performances taking place at the Historic Fourth Ward Park’s amphitheater.
