The Menorah Lighting at Avalon takes place on Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 5 to 6 p.m.
You are invited to the Boulevard to kick off the first night of Chanukah with a traditional Menorah lighting ceremony. Chabad of North Fulton will help light the menorah and have special goodies for guests!
The Lighting of Avalon returns to Avalon in 2023.
The all-day event takes place on Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 2 to 8 p.m.
This FREE and family-friendly celebration includes the the opening of Avalon’s ice skating rink, the lighting of the 40-foot tree, and the arrival of Santa Claus.
There is festive music and free activities for the whole family.

Lighting of Avalon
This is the schedule for Sunday, Nov. 19, 2023. Events take place from 2 to 8 p.m.
2 to 5 p.m.: Activity Row
Take the family for a stroll along Avalon Boulevard for face painting, balloon art, photo booth fun, and more!
2 to 3 p.m.: Skating Performance (followed by open skate till 9 p.m.)
Avalon on Ice kicks off with a magical ice skating performance.
Afterward, the rink opens for public skating — and will be open from 3 to 9 this day.
2 to 5 p.m.: DJ & Holiday Performances
Enjoy a variety of dance and musical performances.

5:30 to 7:30 p.m.: Holiday concert by Bogey and the Viceroy
Back again for another year, Bogey and the Viceroy rounds out the evening with a spectacular holiday performance you won’t want to miss!
7 p.m.: Tree Lighting
Help Santa countdown to the lighting of a magnificent 40-foot tree to kick off the holidays.

Avalon on Ice
Avalon’s ice skating rink is open daily to the public during the holiday season each year.
General admission tickets are $18 per adult and $14 per child under nine, including skates. These are the same prices as last year!

Noon Years Eve
Saturday, December 31, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Have little ones with early bedtimes? They can celebrate early, ringing in the New Year at noon instead of midnight.
This family-friendly event includes live music, face painting, free snacks, photo opps, crafts, and a countdown to noon — when a giant balloon drop will welcome in the new year!
A kids-only bubbly bar will offer sparking juices to splash and garnish! Mimosas & additional adult beverages along with a food pop-up from Chick-fil-A will also be available for purchase.
NOTE: Tickets go on sale on November 21st at 10 a.m. and they always sell out.

Kids under two are FREE and don’t need a ticket.
