This is a one-of-a-kind monthly comedy show featuring local and touring comics performing in nothing but their underwear. Yes, it’s really a thing! And it brings new meaning to the question “boxers or briefs?”
The event has been named one of the Nine Most Unique Concept Comedy Shows in the Nation by Laughbutton. It’s been said that Thrillist named it one of the 13 naughtiest things to do in Atlanta, but we couldn’t actually find a link to such an article.
Underwear Comedy Party is just $10 for admission — or FREE if you attend in your undies.
It takes place on the LAST FRIDAY of each month at the Village Theatre, located at 349 Decatur St, in southeast Atlanta.
This can get a little tricky because most of the time that means the fourth Friday — but on rare occasions the last Friday of the month will be the fifth Friday, which is the case in May of 2020.
There is free parking and no drink minimum. The shows are 18 and over.
The show starts at 11 p.m. Buy your ticket in advance through Freshtix, which charges a $1.99 service fee.
Upcoming dates in 2020 include Friday, February 28th and Friday, March 27th.
