The Northeast Cobb Community Egg Drop is a huge event, with thousands of eggs and candy spread across the field and many more dropped from a helicopter. The egg drop takes place on Saturday, March 30th, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Kids will marvel as a helicopter drops 90,000 eggs onto the football field at Sprayberry High School in Marietta.
Admission is FREE, and there is ample free parking.
Photos with the Easter Bunny are also FREE, from 11a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a do-it-yourself photo opportunity.
Food will be available for purchase.
The Kids Zone costs $10 for unlimited access
Schedule of events
Egg Hunts – located on football field.
- 11:30am — Ages three and under Egg Hunt
- Noon – Special Needs Hunt sponsored by C&S Paving
- 1:30pm — Helicopter drops eggs with ages four to seven. Egg Hunt to follow.
- 2:00pm — Special Needs Hunt
- 3:30pm — Helicopter drop eggs with ages eight to ten Egg Hunt
Toddler Hunts are separate and located in Food Court Area at these times:

- 3:30pm
