City Winery presents singer/songwriter Marcia Ball on Thursday, August 22, 2019 — and Atlanta on the Cheap is giving away three pairs of tickets, to three lucky readers!
Marcia Ball is a talented performer, known for giving her audiences a rollicking good time. She sings, plays piano, and performs her own material as well as familiar songs. You can read more about her at the City Winery website. Here’s what the media says about her:

To participate in this giveaway:

- Scroll way down and leave a comment on this post. We absolutely need your full name (first and last) to put on City Winery’s guest list, and your email address so we can notify you.
Then, just check your email (and spam folder) on Monday, August 19th, to see if you won! We’ll draw three readers at random around 3:00 p.m. that day.
Things to know:
City Winery is a ticketless venue, so your name will be on a list at the door. You’ll just need to present a photo ID to get in.
On the day of the concert, City Winery opens its doors at 6:00 p.m. — so you can come for dinner and cocktails ahead of time.
The concert starts at 8 p.m.
City Winery is an all-ages venue, but you must be 21+ with a valid ID to order alcohol.

City Winery is the brainchild of Michael Dorf, who wanted to create a space where he could combine his shared passions for wine and music. He opened the first City Winery in New York City in 2008. Since then, he has opened locations in Chicago, Nashville, Boston, and — of course — Atlanta.
The venue is known for combining high-end culinary and cultural experiences that include food, wine, and music. It’s the place to go for intimate concerts, food and wine classes, and chef-driven cuisine. It’s also a fully functioning winery!
Me and the OLG are always looking for cheap but classy ways to enjoy metro Atlanta. Winning the tickets would be an awesome experience for us seniors. Thnx in advance
