The city of Decatur events page lists the parade as “Pending” for 2020. It was scheduled for Sunday, October 25th.
We don’t expect the parade to happen.

The Haints & Saints Halloween Parade returns to the streets of Decatur on Sunday, October 27, 2019.
Bands, floats, costumes, and community come together for this parade in beautiful downtown Decatur. Headline bands include the Black Sheep ensemble, Wasted Potential Brass Band and Mercury Orkestar.
Anyone may walk or roll in the parade. Floats and groups larger than five people can register online.
The parade line-up for participants begins at 4 p.m. at the Decatur Post Office on West Ponce de Leon.
