This Wednesday, January 8th, would have been the 85th birthday of Elvis Presley. Celebrate his memory in Little Five Points, where the shops and businesses will be participating in an Elvis escapade.
The fun starts at 4:00 p.m. in the L5P business district, where Elvis sightings will be a common occurrence. According to the Little 5 Points Alliance Facebook page, The King will be everywhere!
At 5:30 p.m., bring the family to eat pizza with Elvis at Cameli’s Pizza (337 Moreland Ave). Yes, the word is that Elvis will be in the building!
At 8:00 p.m., head to the Little 5 Corner Tavern (1174 Euclid Ave) for Elvis karaoke. If you get up to sing, you’ll receive FREE Elvis sunglasses (while supplies last).
Hungry? According to the event’s Facebook page, the tavern will be serving up birthday cake — plus peanut butter/banana/bacon sandwiches.
