There will be a FREE Chalk Walk and chalk art viewing at Madison Yards on Sunday, May 22, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event is not only free, but family-friendly, and will include live music.
Madison Yards is a mixed-use development just off the Beltline, between the Reynoldstown and Glenwood Park neighborhoods. The festival takes place in the central green space.
You can enjoy three areas of chalk art created by professional artists. Each one will create a chalk mural within a 4′ X 4′ sidewalk square, and you can watch them work.

You can also register to create your own chalk art in a FREE area (sign up here), or participate in a community chalk-walk mural.
The theme this year is “Nature Endangered,” to celebrate the beauty of threatened wildlife.
Awards will be given by age group, for Best of Show, and for the People’s Choice.
Judging begins at 3 p.m. and prizes are announced at the end of the event.
The Madison Yards green space is located at:
