This is an interesting promotion, and it’s potentially a great deal for someone who loves to eat at Applebee’s.
The Applebee’s Date Night Pass is an opportunity to enjoy 52 date nights with tremendous savings over the course of the next year.
The Date Night Pass allows pass holders to get a credit for $30 in food and non-alcoholic beverages during each visit, up to 52 times. You can plan on a weekly date night, or even eat out every day if that’s your choice.
Here are the details.
How Does the Pass Work?
It’s easy!
Simply present the pass to your server, when placing an order for dine-in.
The $30 credit is not valid toward tax, gratuity, alcohol, retail, gift cards and fees.
You will still need to pay those costs out-of-pocket.
What About To-Go Orders?
Passholders can also redeem the pass for to-go orders. Simply enter the 10-character code (on the back of the pass) in the promo code section at checkout, when placing an order on Applebee’s site or app.
How Often Can I Use the Pass?
You can use the Date Night Pass up to 52 times during the promotional period at any participating location in the U.S. The pass is good from February. 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025.
Once you use the pass, you have to wait 24 hours before using it again — so you can’t go snack-hopping between Applebee’s locations.
What Happens If I Don’t Use the Full Amount?
Your credits don’t roll over if you spend less than $30 in a single use. (For example, if your only spend $25, you lose $5 in credit.) And, if you don’t use all 52 credits during the promo period, you don’t get a refund.
How Do I Get a Date Night Pass?
The Date Night Pass costs $200 up front.
It is available to purchase starting on Monday January 22, 2024 at noon, while supplies last. Note that Applebee’s expects it to sell out quickly!
Go to Applebees.com/DateNightPass to buy the pass.
Is It Worth It?
Only you can assess your own budget and dining habits.
But keep in mind that the pass pays for itself on your 7th visit.
For maximum value, be sure to use the pass often — and to order a minimum of $30 in food and non-alcoholic beverages during each visit. If you use the pass to its limit of 52 redemptions, you will save a total of $1,360 — after subtracting out your initial $200 investment.
