On Sunday, May 17, 2015, head to Vista Grove Plaza for the Oak Groove Festival.
From 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., you can shop the Artists Market, listen to live music, indulge with local eats, & more.
This year’s lineup features The Sage Hill String Band (bluegrass), The Squirrelheads (New Orleans’ boogie), Deep Blue Sun (original funk, classic rock and southern soul), & Mike Veal Band (rock and soul).
Plus, the young’uns can check out a musical “petting zoo,” try their hand at jewelry making, or burn off energy in the play area (some activities may require a nominal fee).
Vista Grove Plaza is located on Lavista Rd., near the corner of Oak Grove & Lavista. Free parking and a free shuttle service will be available at Oak Grove United Methodist Church, located at 1722 Oak Grove Road, Decatur, GA 30033
