I had a lovely chat with 11 Alive’s Jerry Carnes this afternoon for a segment on free & cheap ways to spend spring break. The only downside is that the interview was on April Fool’s Day–fortunately, it’s no joke. If you’d like to watch me make a fool of myself, don’t miss tonight’s 11 p.m. news.
For those of you who found Atlanta on the Cheap after seeing me on 11 Alive, welcome! If you’re looking for a particular deal that I talked about during the newscast, there are lots of ways to find it:
1. You can search for it on the site. If you’re looking for a certain event, try the search bar. If you’re just curious about freebies or half-off deals in general, click on those categories for related posts.
2. Check the “At a Glance” calendar listings to find deals you can use on the days that you have time to use them.
3. Post a question in the forum or add a comment here. Leads on deals are always welcome, too.
