[exp] [/exp]Update: Per a post on their FB page, the event is cancelled due to the potential for inclement weather.
Got a kid with allergies?
On Saturday, March 23, 2013, Food Allergy Kids of Atlanta is having an Allergy-Friendly Easter Egg Hunt. From 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., there’ll be egg hunts (filled with toys, not candy), bouncy houses, arts & crafts, a hula hoop contest, a visit from the Easter Bunny, & more.
A few rules: No food or beverages are allowed; bottled water will be provided. The egg hunt is a member-only event, but membership is free & you can sign up online
No place is 100% allergy free, but this may help. It’s free to attend, but there’s a suggested donation of $5 per family.
The Allergy-Friendly Easter Egg Hunt will take place at Garrard Landing Park, 8000 Holcombe Bridge Rd., Alpharetta.

Oh, darn. Thanks for the update, and I’ll add a note in the post. Fortunately, they require an RSVP, so hopefully they’ll get the word out to anyone planning to go. ~Jenn
