You’ll have plenty of chances to get artsy in 2023, with a series of FREE exhibits hosted by the Alpharetta Arts Center.
Each rotating gallery exhibit has a limited run, but we’ll remind you before each one opens. (Sign up for our free daily newsletter and never miss a free event!)
Some of the exhibits feature receptions, artist talks, or artwork for purchase.
If you’re an artist yourself, you can apply to show your work in some of the exhibits below.

And if you’re musical, stop by the public piano on the porch of the Arts Center — it’s a restored baby grand!
Art Center hours
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Saturday: 9am – 2pm

This public reception honoring Juneteenth will feature renowned historian Karcheik Sims-Alvarado and performances by the Namari Dance Center. FREE to attend and open to the public.

Let’s Face It: Portrait Exhibition

The show will focus on the many ways that artists portray people and themselves in varied 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional media — including but not limited to drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, and fiber art.

Artists Holiday Market 2021

Dates: December 3 and 4 from 10 am – 6 pm
Arts Alpharetta is hosting its second annual Holiday Artists Market! It’s an opportunity for you to purchase and give art as gifts during the holiday season. This is a cash-and-carry sale, so come prepared.
Artists: you may submit an application for a booth set-up where you can display and sell small works (no larger than 16 inches in any dimension), to participate in this seasonal retail opportunity. This is an open call until November 3, 2021.
