[exp] [/exp]From May 26-28, 2012, Voice in the Wind’s American Indian Festival will take place at Gwinnett County Fairgrounds.
During the three-day festival, there’ll be storytelling & poetry, flute playing, fine arts & crafts, Native American artifacts, live entertainment featuring The Locklear Sisters, & more.
You won’t want to miss the Grand Entry, which is comparable to a parade and features dancers & a color guard. The Grand Entry is scheduled for the following times:
- Saturday, May 26, at 1:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, May 27, at 2:00 p.m.
- Monday, May 28, at 1:00 p.m.
Admission is $7 for those age 13+ and $4 for children age 5-12. Kids age 4 & under are admitted free.
The American Indian Festival will take place at the covered rodeo arena at Gwinnett County Fairgrounds, located at 2405 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville. 770-963-6522.
