The Atlanta BeltLine is arguably the city’s most diverse and vibrant outdoor space. When it’s finished, it will be a 22-mile loop of multi-use trails, plus trail spurs that connect to other trails, parks, and entertainment districts.
On this page, we’re going to try to keep track of the many free and cheap events that take place on various sections of the BeltLine — including live performances, walking and cycling tours, parades, and more.

Summer Beach Party & Cirque performance
Saturday, May 27, 2023
7 to 9 p.m.
Venue: North Ave bridge, overlooking Ponce City Market

This is an exciting Cirque-style performance, right on the BeltLine.
Talented acrobats will use sway poles on the North Ave Bridge, overlooking Ponce City Market and the Atlanta skyline. Come be a part of the show by wearing your Hawaiian shirt or bringing your beach balls and beach inflatables.
Stay for a short dance party.

Guided bicycle tours
Most Saturdays, April thru Nov. in 2022

Venue: Westside Trail
For a $10 donation (which can be waived if you can’t afford it), you can ride 11 miles of the Westside Trail with experienced tour guides.

Group runs / walks
Thursday nights
6:15 to 7:30 p.m.
Venue: rotating
FREE
On most Thursday nights you can join in a group run or walk (your choice). The schedule rotates between four of the BeltLine trail sections, which each meetup starting and ending at a popular local brewery — where you’re welcome to stay to socialize and enjoy food and drink specials.

Walking tours with Trees Atlanta
Multiple dates, including weekends and weekdays
Venue: multiple, including the BeltLine trails and nearby neighborhoods
FREE
Come out and take a walk with Trees Atlanta! You’ll stroll along BeltLine trails or an intown neighborhood, learning as you go. You’ll need to register in advance, but the tours are FREE.
