[exp] [/exp]The Atlanta Street Food Festival will take place at Piedmont Park on Saturday, July 11, 2015.
Planning to go? You can get discount tickets to the Atlanta Street Food Festival, no coupon code required: While they last, $14 buys two food-and-beverage wristbands to the Atlanta Street Food Festival, thanks to a deal on Groupon.
Tickets to the Atlanta Street Food Festival are regularly $12 per wristband; though online sales are now over, you should be able to purchase them at the gate.
Children aged 12 or younger will be admitted free. Though a ticket is not required to enter the event, wristbands are required to be able to purchase food and alcohol, and advanced wristband purchases include one taste ticket; wristbands purchased at the gate do not include a taste ticket.
The Atlanta Street Food Festival runs from noon-10:00 p.m. Not only can you indulge with food truck fare at 40+ trucks during the festival, but you can listen to live music while you’re between courses:
- 1:30 p.m.: Nameless Band Atlanta
- 3:30 p.m.: Gritz & Jelly Butter Band
- 5:30 p.m.: Bird City Revolutionaries
- 7:30 p.m.: Wasted Potential Brass Band
- 9:00 p.m.: Second Hand Swagger
A portion of the proceeds from the Atlanta Street Food Festival will benefit The Giving Kitchen, a nonprofit that offers grants to support chefs, restaurant owners, managers, and other restaurant workers in times of unanticipated health crises.

That’s my understanding from the FAQs on the site, R. Allen. You can only purchase food/beverages with a wristband, and the advance purchases + those from the deal sites include one taste ticket (one complimentary sample). http://www.atlantastreetfoodfestival.com/#!faq/czgu

It states that each wristband comes with 1 taste ticket (which I assume gets me one free sample at a vendor), would I have to purchase more than one wristband in order to purchase food from multiple vendors? Or as long as I have my wristband I can continue to make purchases?

I don’t know of any shuttle service. They’re recommending MARTA, like most events at Piedmont Park, &/or parking like you would for Piedmont Park. They have a few recommendations on their website. ~Jenn

Where is the parking for the shuttle service to event?
