Families First is hosting its fourth annual Back to School Bash in 2024. This community celebration is focused on promoting food security and educational resource, as families prepare to return to the classroom.
The event takes place on Saturday, July 20th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.at the Families First headquarters, located on Atlanta’s west side at 80 Joseph Lowery Blvd.
The Back to School Bash is designed for family fun. But it will also serve as a distribution point for FREE items like groceries and school supplies.
There will also be free haircuts available.

There will be FREE snacks, drinks, and frozen treats at the event.
You’ll also find raffle prizes, a deejay, games, face painting and family fun.
Giveaway items include backpacks with school supplies, and Kroger groceries.
The event is free to attend and a fun and special way for families needing assistance to kick off the school year.
It is recommended that you register in advance, for faster entry to the event.
