Back-to-school giveaway for East Point residents: get free backpacks, school supplies, and food

East Point families are invited to a back-to-school giveaway event on Saturday, August 5, 2023.

It takes place from 10 a.m. 2 p.m., while supplies last, at the John D. Milner  Sports Complex.

This is a pop-up event that will employ a drive-thru and walk-up system to distribute the items — which includes backpacks, school supplies, and food.

Everything is FREE, but you should pre-register via Eventbrite to attend.
