Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s are hosting FREE fishing activities for kids on June 12th and 13th, and again the following weekend on June 19th and 20th.
The events take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
Gone Fishing will feature catch-and-release ponds with live fish, free crafts, free photos (with free downloads) and free seminars.
Kids will go home with a “First Fish” certificate.
This event is part of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s efforts to introduce kids across the country to fishing. They’ll also be donating rods and reels to local non-profit organizations that help get kids outside.
