[exp] [/exp]I’m a Poe fan, which makes this event even more interesting for me (plus the fact that his creepy tales are perfect for Halloween season):
On Saturday, October 23, 2010, the Atlanta History Center will host the Big Read Film Festival. From noon-4:00 p.m., you can see two movies free: “House of Usher” and “The Masque of the Red Death.” Both movies start Vincent Price, and both are based on the works of Edgar Allan Poe.
Though the event is free of charge, reservations are required. To RSVP, call 404-814-4150 or book your spot online.
