This is an unusual promotion. It may not be very convenient, but it had us intrigued.
Gas South Arena is inviting children of all ages to bring a stuffed animal to a special “Epic Arena Sleepover” on Thursday, September 8, 2022. The first 100 people to drop off a stuffed toy will receive a complimentary Monster Jam ticket for Saturday night (Sept. 10th).
The idea is that you’ll drop off the toy and let it “experience” an evening of fun — like mingling with other stuffed toys, getting an exclusive behind the scenes Monster Jam preview, viewing the monster trucks up close, and a having a “sleepover” in the arena.
NOTE that only the toy gets to have the sleepover adventure — NOT the humans.
The sleepover drop-off takes place on Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. Note that drop-off will be closed after 150 stuffed animals are checked in.
At drop-off, the toys and their humans will receive matching bracelets, allowing for easy identification when you pick up your toy the next day. Pickup is on Friday, September 9th from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
After that, you can watch your toys on their adventure through the Instagram account @gassouthdistrict — and by looking for the following hashtags: #GSAMJSleepover; #DULEpicMJSleepover; #GSAStuffedToySO; #gassouthdistrict.

We were not given any info about how the FREE Monster Jam tickets will be distributed to the first 100 people to participate. We also couldn’t get any info on whether it’s mandatory to pick up your toy the next day, or if the toy could be left as a donation.
