[exp] [/exp]It’s that time of year again. Bring One for The Chipper is Keep Georgia Beautiful’s Christmas tree recycling program. If you drop off your tree, they’ll dispose of it free of charge (dispose = turn it into mulch). There are drop-off locations across the state. Some are open now, but other locations will concentrate their collection efforts on Saturday, January 8, 2011 (find a drop-off location near you).
Before you bring your tree, be sure to strip it of lights, ornaments & tinsel. Even better: You can sign up on Keep Georgia Beautiful’s website to get free mulch delivered.

I mean, I’m the last person to go Getting Religious on you, but almost anybody who has a Twelfth Night party had it on Saturday the 8th. The traditional Twelve Days of Christmas BEGIN on Christmas Day and end on January 5th. I’m unemployed, and I don’t have time to get the tree ready to recycle: How are the rest of you managing it?

So I missed the 8th. What do I do now?
