Move over Stone Mountain, you have competition! The Christmas Laser Light Show comes to the Sam Smith Park in Cartersville this week.
This drive-in laser show will run nightly from Thursday, December 3rd though Sunday, December 6th, 2020.
It’s not only spectacular, it’s a drive-in event so you can avoid crowds, pack your own snacks, and keep the family safe.
There are two shows per night, at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. (Only one 7 p.m. on Sunday night).
You need an advance ticket, and you may want to buy soon, before it sells out. See the ticketing info below!
You can expect your favorite Christmas music, mind-blowing lasers, and fantastic holiday-themed graphics outlined in light.
This is a family-friendly event that’s also perfect for date night — bring your own mistletoe!
Each vehicle will have its own tail-gate seating area. You can stay in your car, or bring your own chairs and blankets.
The gates open at 5 p.m. for the 7 p.m show — and ope at 8 pm. for the 10 p.m. show.
The sound is delivered via your car’s FM radio.
There will be portable bathrooms on site.
It’s a rain-or-shine event.

Ticket prices
Tickets are cheaper for the early show. Both shows also have a VIP option that puts you closer up front.
The good news?
Price is per vehicle, and there doesn’t seem to be a limit on how many people you can bring.
Here’s a run down of ticket options. We’ve included the Freshtix fees so you can see your final cost.
Thursday, Dec. 3rd through Saturday, Dec. 5th
- General admission at 7pm — $25 (plus $2.74 fee)
- VIP admission at 7pm — $50 (plus $3.99 fee)
- General admission at 10pm — $20 (plus $2.74 fee)
- VIP admission at 10pm — $40 (plus $3.49 fee)
- Exclusive front row VIP, either show — $99 (plus $6.44 fee)
Sunday, Dec. 6th
- General admission at 7pm — $25 (plus $2.74 fee)
- VIP admission at 7pm — $50 (plus $3.99 fee)
- Exclusive front row VIP, either show — $99 (plus $6.44 fee)
There is one other option — For $60, you can get a last-minute general admission ticket for any show. This means you’re not locked in to a specific date or time.
