The city of Johns Creek will be celebrating the opening of its newest recreation facility — Cauley Creek Park. Save the date for the grand opening ceremony on Saturday, July 22, 2023.
Bring the whole family for carnival rides, live music, food trucks, family-friendly activities, and more.
The fun takes place from 4 to 8 p.m.
Cauley Creek Park features:
- 5K rubberized trail
- lighted sports court
- lighted grass and synthetic turf playing fields
- pedestrian bridge
- river overlooks
According to the city, the 203-acre property is larger than Piedmont Park.
It is located in the eastern half of the city at 7255 Bell Road, south of the intersection of McGinnis Ferry and Bell roads.
A pedestrian bridge allows you to walk over the Chattahoochee river. The bridge connects Cauley Creek Park to Rogers Bridge Park in Duluth.
