[exp] [/exp]After a three-year hiatus, it’s back:
At 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2014, Cineprov is putting on its Ruining Childhood Memories Holiday Show at the Plaza Theatre. If you’ve never been to a Cineprov show, think Mystery Science Theater 3000 sans robots. No holiday classic is sacrosanct, & the improvisers will be mocking traditional holiday classics from all of our childhoods. Though the films are kid-friendly, the riffing is not–Cineprov’s performances are recommended for those age 18+.
The downside: I don’t have an extra discount for the event. The upside: It looks like a fun night out, & it’s relatively inexpensive; tickets to Cineprov’s Ruining Childhood Memories Show are $10 each. Bonus: The folks at Cineprov will be providing free chocolate treats for you.
The Plaza Theatre is located at 1049 Ponce De Leon Avenue NE, Atlanta.
