The Georgia State Fair returns to Atlanta Motor Speedway for it’s annual fall run in 2024! And, as always, we’ve got the scoop on how you can save money on admission and rides.
The fair runs from September 27th to October 6th, 2024.

About the Georgia State Fair
All concerts, shows, and attractions are included in the price of admission. (Midway rides are not included with admission, nor are pony rides and camel rides.)

Hours and dates
The fair runs from September 27th through October 6, 2024
It has limited hours on weeknights, with extended hours on Friday nights and weekends.
Georgia State Fair hours of operation:
- Monday to Thursday — 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Fridays — 4 to 11 p.m.
- Saturdays — noon to 11 p.m.
- Sundays — noon to 10 p.m.
Pricing

Tickets are available at the gate and online.
Parking is not included and costs $10. You can pay with cash or card this year.
Regular admission prices:
- Adults (age 13 and older) $10 at the gate
- Children (age 5 to 12) $5 (On Saturday and Sunday, it goes up to $10 after 4pm)
- Kids 4 and under are FREE
- Seniors (65+) $5 at the gate
- Active military member with ID $5 at the gate
Prices for midway rides:
- Regular price for an unlimited rides wristband is $25 per person Monday thru Friday, and $30 on Saturday and Sunday. (The price goes up to $35 on Saturdays after 5 p.m.)
- Individual ride tickets are $1.25 each. (Each ride costs anywhere from 3 to 8 tickets.)

You can get a voucher for FREE ADMISSION to the fair when you sign up for email updates HERE (scroll to the bottom of the page to find the offer).
You can redeem the voucher for free admission on these dates:

Remember, when you’re looking at the deal options, “adult” means anyone age 13 or older here. (Kids 4 and under are FREE.)

- Single-day general admission for four adults — $28 (that’s 30% off)
- Single-day general admission for six adults — $39 (that’s 35% off)
- Single-day general admission for eight adults — $48 (that’s 40% off)

Cheap date alert!
On these two days, you can buy one unlimited-rides wristband and get another FREE. That’s two bands for $30!

The senior discount
Seniors age 65+ can enjoy half-price admission to the fair — just $5 at the gate.
The military appreciation discount
Active military personnel can receive a half-price ticket at the gate. A military ID is required, and the discount only applies to the military cardholder. That brings the price down to just $5 admission.
