OnStage Atlanta is taking the show on the road for the 2018 season. Coming soon: First Date at 7 Stages Theatre.
Per the summary: “This ‘winning crowd-pleaser’ (Hollywood Reporter) unfolds in real time as it eavesdrops on the initial meeting between a guy who’s new to blind dating and a woman who’s a veteran of the set-up scene as they get together for a casual drink at a busy New York restaurant. But their First Date quickly turns into a hilarious high-stakes dinner that takes on a life of its own as their fellow restaurant patrons suddenly transform into supportive best friends, manipulative exes and protective parents, offering song-and-dance guides through the inevitable ice-breakers, appetizers and conversational land mines.”

Tickets to First Date are regularly $22 in advance & $25 at the door for most performances; discounts are available for members of the military, students, & seniors with ID. On Sundays, tickets are $16 in advance & $19 at the door.
