This month, you can explore Atlanta on the cheap, thanks to these deals for free admission to museums & national parks:
On Saturday, September 22, 2018, you can get free admission to museums across the U.S., thanks to Smithsonian Magazine’s Museum Day Live! program. To get in free, you’ll need to fill out a form online & print out the admission ticket. Per the fine print, the ticket must be presented for admission, and it’s good for free general admission for two people.
In metro Atlanta, you can use the Museum Day Live! deal to get free admission to Southeastern Quilt and Textile Museum, Southeastern Railway Museum, the Booth Western Art Museum, Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History, Road to Tara Museum, & more.
On National Public Lands Day, September 22, 2018, you’ll get fee-free admission to national parks. Some, like Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, are always free, so opt to explore a park that normally charges a parking fee, like the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area in Sandy Springs.
If you want to update your hiking & biking playlist while you’re exploring the parks, take advantage of a free trial of Amazon Music Unlimited. Not only will you have ad-free access to tens of millions of songs, but you can continue listening offline with unlimited skips. The free trial is available for a limited time.
