Enjoy a break from the rain and take a drive out to Conyers this weekend for the 38th annual Cherry Blossom Festival. It’s taking place at the Georgia International Horse Park on Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22. Festival hours both days are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The festival features hundreds of arts and crafts exhibitors, multiple food courts, staged cultural performances, live music, and a children’s area with fun activities for the little ones. This is NOT a pets-welcome event.
This year, as always, festival-goers are encouraged to wear the cherry blossom theme colors of pink and green. You could even win a prize for your outfit! A panel of roaming judges will be working among the crowd, looking for the best pink outfits, decorated strollers, or other creative displays of cherry blossom colors.
Admission to the Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival is FREE, but there is a $5 parking fee at the Georgia International Horse Park. If you plan to attend on both days, you can buy a weekend parking pass for $8.
The Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival has received many awards over the years for Best Event in the Southeast by the Southeast Festival and Events Association. It has also been selected over the years as a Top 20 Event in the Southeast by the Southeast Tourism Society.
