This deal speaks to my inner geek. Back in high school, I was on the Debate & Forensics team. As part of forensics, we had to improvise a skit of some type. My attempts were pathetic (at best), but we had some hilarious people on the team. They made improv look effortless, when it’s anything but.
Want to learn more about improv? On Saturday, June 20, the Village Theatre is offering a free Improv Workshop from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. You’ll need to email villagecomedy@gmail.com to reserve your spot, and space is limited. If you get hooked, they offer classes, too, to help you hone your skills.
