The Atlanta Bicycle Coalition hosts a Mobile Social group ride on the second Thursday of each month. The ride is FREE to join in. It is a no-drop ride, which means that you’ll never be left behind and you can always count on an experienced rider to stay with you.
Each month, riders meet up at Woodruff Park in downtown Atlanta at 7:00 p.m., for a six to eight mile ride at a social pace. Lights are recommended for the ride home.
If the weather is iffy, please double-check through the Facebook event page that the ride is still on.
View the event page on Facebook.
According to the Mobile Social Facebook page, this monthly event has three goals:
- to get more people on bikes and encourage diversity
- to explore the city
- to support local businesses, which are often the destinations of the rides
Upcoming dates for the Mobile Social group ride in 2020 are:
— October 8
— November 12
— December 10
