Once the first hint of warm weather arrives in March, the free outdoor summer concerts begin. Some concert series stretch out all spring and summer and into fall, others take place only in May and September — which are, let’s face it, two of the best months to spend time outdoors in Atlanta.
This is a master list of free outdoor concert series. It is very much a work in progress, and we’ll keep adding to it — so you may want to bookmark this page!

We’ve organized the list by location. Right now, it’s divided into two sections: Inside the Perimeter and Outside the Perimeter. We hope to break down the locations even more as the list grows.
The main list provides general info about individual concert series — but you can click on each one for more details.
You can also scroll down to the bottom of the page for a day-by-day calendar of upcoming outdoor concerts.
We encourage you to click for the details because each summer concert series has its own rules about bringing pets, outside food, lawn chairs, etc. Parking is also an issue at some sites.
