Sacred Thread Yoga is hosting two pop-up rooftop yoga classes this weekend. The events are FREE, but you must pre-register, as space is limited. Both take place on Saturday morning, May 4th. Bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle.
Head to the Old 4th Ward for an all-levels rooftop yoga class with a breathtaking view of the Atlanta skyline. The class begins at 9:30 a.m. and is expected to fill to capacity, so reserve your spot now.
Sacred Thread Yoga’s Old 4th Ward studio is located at 828 Ralph McGill Blvd.
Another rooftop yoga class takes place on the rooftop Canopy Court of the new Whole Foods in midtown Atlanta. The class is scheduled for 9 a.m. It is free, but you’ll need to reserve your space through Eventbrite.
Whole Foods is located at 22 14th St.
