Once again, Colony Square is hosting FREE yoga, every Wednesday night from 6 to 7 p.m. on The Plaza.
The 2024 classes are open to all skill levels.
The sessions will be lead by instructors from local yoga studios.
The season starts on Wednesday, April 24th and continues through October.
Check in at Concierge, starting 15 minutes before class start time.
Yoga On The Square includes a loyalty program. Attend five classes and you’ll be be rewarded with free yoga-themed swag, plus you’ll earn a chance to participate in Yoga In The Sky, atop Colony Square’s rooftop helicopter pad.
You’re encouraged to walk, bike, or scooter to yoga classes, but if you need to drive, you’ll get a voucher for the parking garage.
The Arts Center MARTA Stations is also just a short walk away, behind the Woodruff Arts Center complex.
Colony Square is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, at the corner of Peachtree and 14th Streets.
Classes may be canceled if the weather is bad.

A new crop of Signature Events is lined up for 2022 at Colony Square.
From April 4 through October 28, you can enjoy FREE outdoor experiences, including comedy shows, family friendly playtime, fitness classes, film screenings, and live concerts.
The events include (click thru for details!):
♦ Colony Kids on the Square — monthly after-school, family-friendly events on last Tuesdays
♦ Movies on the Square — monthly outdoor film screenings on first Thursdays
♦ Groovin’ on the Square — weekly live, outdoor concerts each Friday night
♦ Braves on the Square — baseball viewing parties on select dates from May to Sept.
