[exp] [/exp]My girls just asked me this week if we could go fly a kite. I don’t know if they were inspired by Mary Poppins or what, but now we have a good excuse to do just that:
On May 15, the inaugural Georgia Kite Festival will take place at Centennial Olympic Park from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. There’ll be a Kids Zone, live music on the Sound Stage, a Kite Construction Corner, & more.
Admission to the Georgia Kite Festival is free, but you will need a ticket (print one here) to attend.
FYI–The Humana Market Point Health Zone will be at the festival, too, so you can get a free health & dental screenings while you’re there.
