[exp] [/exp]Even though we’ve done the bulk of our back-to-school shopping, I suspect that I’ll be taking advantage of this deal to pick up a few new clothes for fall + replace the household laptop:
Georgia’s Back-to-School Sales-Tax Holiday will take place July 30-31, 2016. What does that mean for you? You’ll skip the sales tax when you buy qualifying school supplies (selling for $20 or less per item), clothing and footwear (selling for $100 or less per item), and personal computers and accessories (selling for $1000 or less per item).
Even better: Stores often tie their sales to GA’s sales tax holiday, so look online before you go to browse your favorite stores’ sales flyers, find the best deals, & maximize your savings.
