Many yoga studios have closed their doors in recent days. Yet the irony is that this moment was made for yoga. People need the calming influence of yoga more than ever in these troubled times.
Sacred Thread Yoga, with two studios in Atlanta, is now offering a virtual yoga studio to the extended metro Atlanta area — and is launching a 21-Day Virtual Yoga Challenge.
Subscription info is below, including info on how to apply for a free scholarship to the challenge if you’ve lost your income recently.
We’re also holding a GIVEAWAY for a FREE 21-day membership — details at the bottom of this post.
Here’s a message from Sacred Thread studio owner Annelise Lonidier:
Yoga is a practice of trust. Yoga is a practice of Surrender.
So, as my yoga practice has taught me over the course of the past 18 years, I have decided to do what is possible. Instead of seeing what is not…
I want to walk thru this journey with you — to undertake a deeper yoga practice. To connect to one another without leaving the confines of our home. To use this time to FOCUS, to RENEW, and to RESET ourselves and our communities.
And this is why I’m offering our virtual 21-Day challenge.
Anyone can sign up for the 21-day challenge, or give the membership as a gift.
The cost is $108. (If you happen to be an auto-renew member at a Sacred Thread studio, your cost is only $49.)
There are also 10 FREE scholarships available for those without work.

Hello!
My favorite yoga pose is the Tree Pose.
I am reading all of the books that have been collecting dusts on my shelf right now to keep my mind at ease. I am remaining active by going to different local trails to enjoy nature and get some fresh air.
Thank you Sacred Thread for this opportunity!
