The Grant Park Farmers Market now has a winter season! For the first time ever, locally grown and produced goodies are available year-round at this popular market. Read on for the details…
- From January 13 through March 31, 2019, the market will be open on Sundays between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- The market has a new location for the chilly months: Eventide Brewing, at 1015 Grant St., which is just a mile down the road from the market’s park location.
You can expect to find roughly 25 vendors at the Grant Park winter farmers market, so it’s scaled down a bit from the regular season. Offerings include locally grown seasonal produce, preserves, breads, baked goods, honey, meats, cheese, artisanal food, and crafts.

About the venue
The winter farmers market is hosted by Eventide Brewing, in the Grant Park neighborhood. It will take place in the brewery’s outdoor space when weather permits, and moved inside during inclement conditions. Indoor bathrooms are available.
Eventide is a family-friendly location, so bring the kids. The outdoor spaces are also dog-friendly — please keep your pup on a leash and only bring him along if he does well around children and other dogs. (And of course, it goes without saying that you should always pick up after your dog.)
As a bonus, the brewery will begin pouring beer at 11 a.m. on market Sundays, thanks to the “brunch bill” that recently took effect.
Double your SNAP/EBT dollars
As part of the Georgia Fresh for Less program, your SNAP/EBT dollars go twice as far when you shop at the Grant Park Farmers Market. (Find other participating Atlanta farmers markets here.) You can literally spend $10 and get $20 of fresh, local food.
To participate, just swing by the market information booth, swipe your EBT card, and receive twice the dollar amount you choose in the form of tokens you can spend at the market.
Parking
Parking is available on some neighborhood streets, and at The Beacon Atlanta (all lots). You can view a map of suggested parking locations online.
