It’s baseball season! If you’ve never been to minor league game, make time this spring to visit Coolray Field and cheer on the Gwinnett Stripers, the triple-A affiliate team to our Atlanta Braves.
A Stripers game is an affordable outing for families, and a perfect cheap date — with tickets starting at just $8 and special promotion days that bring added value. Everything about the experience is less expensive than a Braves game at Truist Field. Plus, you’re sitting much closer to the action.
From April through September, the Stripers alternate home games and away games on a weekly basis. You can see the 2023 schedule online — the home games appear in red calendar boxes.
Coolray Field is located in Lawrenceville at 2500 Buford Drive. This is Gwinnett County.
Opening weekend fun!
The opening night game is on Friday, March 31st at 7:05 p.m. and it launches a 3-day series against Jacksonville. You can expect a fantastic fireworks show, and the first 2500 fans to arrive will get a special gift.
On Saturday, April 1st, the first 2000 fans receive a Stripers clear fanny pack (no fooling!)
And Sunday, April 2nd is a Sunday Funday game — come early to play catch on the field or stay after the game for Kids Run the Bases.

You get a $3 discount when you buy tickets in advance at the Coolray Field ticket office.

The least expensive seats are $15 (or $18 at the gate, or the total price including fees for an online purchase).
It’s also easy on your wallet to splurge at a Striper’s game — dugout seats are just $20 in advance (or $23 at the gate, or the total price including fees for an online purchase).
