The city of Stone Mountain will hold its annual Trunk-or-Treat event on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022, from 5 to 7 p.m.
The event is FREE and open to the public.
It takes place in the municipal parking lot located at 922 Main Street in the downtown Stone Mountain area. Note that this is the city of Stone Mountain — it is not Stone Mountain Park.
There will be plenty of treats, as well as games, activities, and costume contests.
If you have an amazing carved pumpkin, bring it along and enter it in the carving contest!

Trunk-or-Treat is a different spin on trick-or-treating. It’s meant to be safe and fun, it’s suitable for suburban areas that aren’t so walkable, and it eliminates concerns about traffic or crossing streets in the dark.
The idea is that local businesses, organizations, and community members hand out treats from a parked car with a decorated trunk. Kids can “trunk or treat” from car to car to get goodies.
