The 21st annual Atlanta Jewish Film Festival runs from February 17th through 28th, 2021.
This year, it is a reimagined experience — a hybrid event that combines streamed virtual screenings with a few select drive-in movie experiences.
The drive-in movies take place at The Home Depot Backyard at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
The organizers have also taken advantage of the virtual format to include special programming — like conversations with filmmakers, film critics, actors, and other special guests.
There are 38 feature films included in the line-up this year (down from 48 features and 16 shorts last year).
AJFF is the largest film festival in Atlanta, and one of the largest Jewish film festivals in the world. In 2012, Creative Loafing named it Atlanta’s best film fest.
Jewish Film Festival Drive-In Movies
The price is $40 per vehicle. You can bring as many people as can safely ride in your vehicle.
For safety, you must stay in your vehicle during the film, but there are restrooms on site, and you’ll find food trucks on the west lawn of The Home Depot Backyard.

Jewish Film Festival Virtual Screenings
The price is $16 for a virtual screening, and your whole household is included in that ticket.
There are also special screenings that cost slightly more, and you can view the entire virtual pricing guide here.
This is how it works:
Once the film becomes available to stream, you’ll have a 72-hour window in which to watch it.
View the schedule of Q&A panels — which are FREE for everyone to stream online.
