The City of Stonecrest hosts a Juneteenth Celebration of Freedom on Saturday

The City of Stonecrest will host a Juneteenth celebration on Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 4 to 9 p.m. It is FREE to attend.

The event takes place at the Southeast Athletic Complex, located at 5845 Hillvale Rd., Lithonia, GA 30058.

Come to shop with local vendors and enjoy great food and entertainment, including live music and dance performances, plus fireworks.

You’ll have a chance to learn more about Juneteenth by visiting the Juneteenth tent to see an exhibit of African American artifacts.

Kids will be able to enjoy bounce houses, a petting zoo, and more.

Parking will be on-site, with overflow parking at Miller Grove Middle School.
