The savings at Krispy Kreme are looking bright, thanks to the doughnut chain’s iconic Hot Light.
I case you don’t know how it works, the Hot Light lets customers know when there’s a fresh batch of doughnuts hot-and-ready to enjoy. And, for a limited time, the light will also let you know when there’s a hot deal waiting for you.
During the week of Feb. 22, morning and evening, you can enjoy a Original Glazed dozen for just $5 — during all Hot Light hours. (The deal does not apply to any other doughnuts — just the Original Glazed.)
At many locations, a dozen regularly sells for about $12, so the savings are more than 50%. Now, that’s definitely a hot deal.
To know when your local shop’s Hot Light is on, so you can snag the sweet deal — just drive by a store, download and check the Krispy Kreme app, or check participating shop hours here.
To find the Hot Light hours within the Krispy Kreme app:
Select your shop as a favorite. Then, when you’re in the app, the screen will glow red when the Hot Light is on. You also can sign up for push notifications so you’ll always be notified when the Hot Light comes on.
If you’re in line in the store or the drive-thru when the Hot Light goes off, don’t worry, you will still get the deal!
There is a limit of four discounted dozens per customers. The offer is only available in-shop, not online or for delivery.
