The latest cure for the stay-at-home blues comes from major league sports. Since there are no stadium events, several of the major leagues are offering FREE access to their streaming content.
Currently this includes football, basketball, and hockey, but we expect major league baseball to join in soon.
Here’s a quick guide to the sports-related streaming content that’s available, and how you can access it.

The NBA’s subscription-based streaming service is known as NBA League Pass. Now, you can gain access to some content without a subscription.

This gives you roughly 30 days to binge all the basketball you want — the content includes NBA games going back to 2018, including the NBA Championship. You can browse those games here.
You can also view an archive of “classic games” that date back to 1963. This is a fun way to look back at Michael Jordan, Shaq, and other stars in action. Browse the classic games here.
How to get access:
- Create an account at nba.com if you don’t already have one. (Or log in to an existing account)
