[exp] [/exp]If you’ve been meaning to check out Martinis & IMAX at Fernbank Museum of Natural History, you have one more chances to go in 2013:
Though Martinis & IMAX takes most of December off, it returns this week for a Martinis & IMAX Salsa Dance Night. From 6:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. on December 20, 2013, you can practice your dance moves during Martinis IMAX, featuring Salsambo Dance Studio.
While you’re there, you can check out Fernbank’s Winter Wonderland after dark. The exhibition features trees and other displays decorated by local cultural partners that recognize celebrations including Christmas, Hanukkah and the Festival of Lights, as well as traditions and practices like origami, indigenous art and national symbols.
Admission to Martinis & IMAX is $7 for the cover charge only. If you want to take advantage of the IMAX portion of the event, admission is $13 for adults, $12 for college students & seniors, or $8 for members. Winter Wonderland is included with your Martinis & IMAX cover charge.
Fernbank Museum of Natural History is located at 767 Clifton Rd NE, Atlanta.
