National Hot Dog Day is Wednesday, July 2oth, 2022. We’re putting together a list of deals and freebies that commemorate the day — but please check the dates carefully, because some venues are observing the occasion on a different date this week.

The Original Hot Dog Factory
All locations will be giving away FREE hot dogs on Friday, July 22nd, from noon to 4 p.m., while supplies last. These are classic beef dogs topped with ketchup, mustard, relish and onions. You’ll find locations around the metro area, including:

- Downtown Atlanta
- Smyrna
- South Lake Mall
- Sugarloaf Mills Mall
- Newnan
- Douglasville

Pilot Flying J
On National Hot Dog Day 2022, you can get a buy-one-get-one FREE deal at any participating Pilot and Flying J travel center. Save the offer in the myRewards Plus app and redeem it in-store on Wednesday, July 20th for any hot dog or grill items. View the press release.
Red’s Beer Garden
On Wednesday, June 20th, wear a clothing item that features hot dogs, and get $1 OFF a draft beer.
This local favorite offers a variety of specialty dogs, or you can build your own with a range of toppings from ketchup, mustard, mayo and relish to pimento cheese, avocado spread, fig jam, and chopped bacon.
Red’s Beer Garden is located at 1328 Boulevard, near the Grant Park neighborhood.

Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs
On July 20th, Nathan’s Famous is offering hot dogs for just 5 cents, which is the original price of the hot dog when the first restaurant opened in 1916. To get the deal, you must purchase a hot dog at regular price — making this essentially a BOGO deal.
According to the press release, this offer is available at participating locations across the country, with a limit of two hot dogs per order. If you’d like to take advantage it, we suggest calling your preferred location ahead of time to verify participation. Find a location.
Hot Dog Day celebration at Halcyon
Come to the Halcyon on Thursday, July 21st from 5 to 8 p.m. to celebrate all things hot dog. The first 100 attendees will receive a FREE All American Hotdog! The celebration takes place on The Green.
