On Friday, February 21, 2025, the Carlos Museum will host an evening of musical bedtime stories in a family-friendly concert. The Pajama Concert for Families is an annual event. It’s designed for young audiences, but is perfect for music lovers of any age.
Admission is FREE.
The 2025 Pajama Concert will feature the musical stories of The Three Little Pigs and Paddington Bear’s First Concert, with pianist Julie Coucheron and narrator Frank O’Donnell.
Hot chocolate with marshmallows will be served before the concert.
The concert begins at 7 p.m. at Emory’s Michael C. Carlos Museum, in Ackerman Hall, and lasts about an hour.
In keeping with the theme of the event, kids and grownups alike are invited to wear cozy pajamas and bring along a treasured teddy bear or other plush pet.
You don’t need a ticket, but you should plan to arrive early, as seating and parking are limited.

The concert takes place in Ackerman Hall at the Carlos Museum.

Free parking is available for this event, at Emory’s Oxford Road Deck and Fishburne Deck. Be sure to leave yourself time to find a spot and walk to the concert venue at the Carlos Museum.
