It’s almost time for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl!
Texas and Arizona State will play in the 57th annual Peach Bowl game, at Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta, on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
Kickoff is at 1 p.m.
As always, there will be plenty of special activities, including Fan Fest, for those who can’t get game tickets.
However, it looks like there is NO PARADE this year.
NEW in 2025
Atlanta City Council has passed a measure that will designate portions of downtown Atlanta as a temporary “Public Entertainment District” to support events tied to college football.
The special district will be in effect from December 26, 2024, through January 24, 2025 — a time frame that encompasses both the Peach Bowl and the College Football National Championship Playoff.
The district will be home to a variety of special activities and attractions. It will be a pedestrian-friendly area.
You’ll find fan experiences suitable for the whole family there.
Peach Bowl FanFest & Pep Rally
Even if you’re not going to the game, you can head to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl FanFest at the Georgia World Congress Center, in Hall C.
FanFest takes place from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
It is FREE to attend.
If you’ve never been to FanFest, it’s a giant indoor fan experience featuring 200,000 sq. feet of interactive attractions, like punting/passing/kicking games, obstacle courses, and zip lining.
It will also feature sponsor displays with free samples, merchandise, and live entertainment from the main stage. The highlight of the event is the pre-game pep rallies, which include the cheerleaders, bands, and mascots from both participating colleges.
The Peach Bowl Game
Game time is 1 p.m. on January 1, 2025 at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Note that there is a Clear Bag Policy in effect for the game.
Tickets are sold out through the official channels, but reseller tickets are available through TicketMaster, starting at $84.
Fan Night at the GA Aquarium
Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Fan Night at the Georgia Aquarium will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
Tickets are $36.99 per person.
National College Football Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame is offering FREE admission for college students (with valid ID) during winter break. There are 400 free admissions available, and we don’t know when they’ll be used up.
